We are Backstreet International Merchandise Ltd. t/a BSI Merch, our registered address in England and Wales is Cwm, 1a High Street, Epsom, Surrey, KT19 8DA, we operate https://rksband.backstreetmerch.com/ .
To access the album ticket presale for Rainbow Kitten Surprise's performances in the UK and IE, you must pre-order ‘bones’ in any format from the Rainbow Kitten Surprise Store and / or submit your email address via the online form: NPN FORM by 3pm on Tuesday 19th August 2025.
No purchase is necessary. The password will give you access to buy tickets to the Show(s) in accordance with these terms. Receiving a password DO NOT guarantee tickets.
You will receive the password via email by 5pm on Tuesday 19th August 2025, along with a link to the ticket provider’s website where you can enter the password to purchase tickets once the ticket sale window opens, subject to availability. We do not accept responsibility if the email we send to the address you provided does not reach you for any reason beyond our reasonable control, including where the email is flagged as spam.

A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets will not be available for purchase on general sale. The password gives you access to the ticket sale window only and is not a guarantee that you will be able to purchase tickets to the Show(s). All tickets are subject to availability.

A maximum of 4 tickets may be purchased per code.

Password have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
To receive presale access, you must have pre-ordered Rainbow Kitten Surprise in any format from the Rainbow Kitten Surprise Store, or submitted your email address via the online form: NPN FORM by 3pm on Tuesday 19th August 2025. No purchase is necessary.
If you haven't received your presale email on 8pm on Tuesday 19th August 2025, first check your spam/junk folder. For further assistance, please contact: RKSticketpresale@bsimerch.com .
The password can only be subject to the terms and conditions applicable at the time of the ticket purchase. Shows may be age-restricted—please check with the ticket provider directly for more information. We are not the ticket provider and cannot be responsible for any issues with the purchase or use of tickets. BSI Merch is not liable for issues with any ticket purchase from third-party providers. Tickets will be available for purchase beginning on Wednesday 20th August @ 10AM (Local). We recommend opening an account and signing in ahead of the presale to expedite the process.

By pre-ordering Rainbow Kitten Surprise or by registering to receive a password, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Any personal data you provide when registering to receive a ticket code will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which you can read here.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
